Our goal is that our customer is completely satisfied with their individual purchases. All sales are final.
We do not offer cash refunds for online purchases. We will exchange item for item. There is a 3 day window for all return purchases. You are responsible for all shipping charges for thre returned item. Please do not return any items COD.  Any item(s) that are to be returned must contact our customer service department via email at k6145r@kenstreasureshop.com with a description of said item (s). Please include in the subject line "to be returned".
All items are viewed on a case by case bases and instruction will be given on how said item are to be returned.
